Oh, T! Please don't be embarrased! I started at 271 on my mission. That was February of 2005...here I am at 232, 39 pounds lighter. I have struggled with my weight for my ENTIRE life and I will continue to do so. I was raised in a sedentary family so to me, sittin in front of the tube is my idea of a good time. It is very hard to break that...my ex used to say "you can lay down when your dead!" He is right but when you have been engrained to be lazy it is so hard.
I still eat too much and not the best things but I try to monitor it better. Like instead of eating a whole bag of chips during a show I put a handful on a plate and that is all I eat! I always include veggies and sometimes fruit in my daily diet as well. We have to rejoice in the small victories along the way...just like quitting.
So, my wieght is 232 pounds. My goal right now is to get to 200, then once I hit that I would someday like to be 180...but that is the smallest, I have a big build and when I get below 175'ish I look gaunt and sickly! Here we go guys! If you don't feel comfy posting your weight that is fine...but for the ones that do, I think that should be fine too.
