Mama,
Just wanted to offer my support and congratulate you on your big day! I actually cannot answer any of your questions - helpful, huh? I believe it is 72 hours for nicotine to leave the body but all the other stuff I have no clue.
Please just remember to take it easy tomorrow and try to take things as they come. I saw in another post that you have been reading here and preparing which is great. Preparation and a positive attitude are HUGE factors in success. Remember also to drink lots of water, allow yourself a lot of liberties and think about some rewards.
Here's to your new life of freedom!
Sandra
