Thank you Determined2quit.
Take it minute by minute. They become hours, which become days, which become months. This has been an incredible year. You will get there too.
When it gets tough, and I know it does, remember to breathe, breathe, breathe. Distract yourself. The crave only lasts a few minutes then it passes. Each crave passing is like a step up on a ladder. (Mine was a reeeealllly tall ladder.) You climb higher and higher. Oh what you can see from up here. What an accomplishment.
Do whatever it takes to keep your quit going. Remember to reward yourself. I didn't think the rewards would be all that important, but they are.
This site is awesome as are all the people here. Come here often. It really helped me.
You have made an awesome choice to quit smoking. How wonderful for you, your family, and your friends. You can do this. I know you can.
