Hi - have you thought of taking walks, doing puzzles and organizing closets. Keep yourself busy - may I also recommend to watch your caffeine intake (green tea has a lot of this) as it might trigger some cravings. I stayed with water and just had my morning coffee. I'm one of the strange people that can drink coffee and not want a smoke.
You are experiencing all the normal frustrations - keep coming in and telling us what's going on with you, I think you're doing great! Hang in there - you will feel better it just takes time, it's hard to be patient. The hard part is finding the new you and what the new you does to pass the time!!!!
