what a good idea breakingfree . so today i havnt been eating well at all but i do plan to go for a walk today for maybe an hour so i will let you all know how its going

Finally no snow today, woke up to pouring rain. I'm really bothered by the 15 pounds, I ,like you, would like to shed it in a week LOL.

hi ,loving so glad you're back and are alright. I know, I never craved sweets before, now I can't have enough of it. So I drink 2 glasses of fruit juice a day, cause I also don't really like fruits I prefer veggies. It's working, because I crave chocolate less, but I still have it as a reward once a week. Hope this helps, I like grapefruit juice the best........

I've had enough. Count me in. I started walking for 20 min a day and hope to do it at least 5 x's a week. If I can quit the smokes, surley I can lose the weight.
