Those are great reasons to quit. I, too, want to play catch with my kids and not my breath. I feel that my romantic chances are better as a non-smoker. Since I've quit more than tobacco, I'm saving mass amounts of money and will soon afford many of the things I've dreamed of, like car maintenance, travel, clothes, music, paying off debt, etc...
Ironically, I too am about to turn 36, and wanted to be good and quit by my birthday on June 30. I'm well on my way with a little help from my friends ---> and I mean all of YOU!
