Hi all -
First, thank every one of you who've been here to support me and keep my quit strong and successful. I appreciate every encouraging word you've sent my way. You've been a great help to me.
Today I am half way to the beach. I feel strong and have no question in my mind I'll be wandering around sand dunes in another 50 days. There is simply no way I am not going to get there. I don't care about bumps in the road, detours, or any other situations life throws at me, I wont smoke, and I know it.
MY REWARD FOR 50 DAYS:
(These are not material - but they are my greatest rewards)
1. I can breath very easily
2. My vehicles, garage, clothing and person do not stink
3. My children and wife are proud of me
4. I am proud of me (this is a biggie!)
5. I can work in the yard all day and hardly get winded
6. I go for walks at lunchtime when the weather is good
7. I am eating healthier, lots of fruits and veggies
8. I am sleeping better
9. My teeth are whiter
10. I am healthier
