Coming off the patches

Mr Ed, I found the last step-down (ie. to nothing) was the easiest. The 7mg patches are already a very low dosage so you have done most of the hard work. You will still experience cravings every now and then over the next few weeks but gradually the intensity and frequency reduces and reduces....you will probably have already noticed that. Congratulations on those wonderful 70 days! Thanks Mr Ed. It seems like a whole life time ago - did I really used to smoke? It's hard to imagine a life with smoking now - that's quite a turn around from not being able to imagine a life without it. This is definitely the best decision you ever made. Keep it going now. :)

Mr. It is always a good idea to check with your pharmacist and doctor regarding the patch. As you can see members have shared their experiences with you. Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
