Thanks everyone for the support. What a wild ride this quitting thing can be. I am feeling much stronger now, not that I can't still be thrown. I am paying special attention to my feelings and how to manage this quit. Thanks again! I love that line...Crave the Quit! Hey Bingo (love your name), After re-reading my post I feel very much like Chief Inspector Drefuss with the suction cup arrow stuck to his forehead after falling in the water several times. I believe I would be "Lunatic Joonie"! Thank goodness my humor is starting to return. Humor, I am sure a very important element to a successful quit. Anyway, Thanks for the right-on reply! How many end to end cigs make up one school bus length? Oops, should have mentioned, 100's. We can absolutely do this with the right attitude! Joonie, Looks like you need some you time. Take a step back and realize that this is normal and will pass. You need to relax yourself and get rid of the extra stress. Take a few hours to yourself after the world winds down. Go over your mechanisms and use them if necessary. Try long walks, hot baths and a good book to keep you in check. Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
