You might try taking a straw cut to cig length, and folded up and crimped on one end so it feels like a cig when you suck on it. It helped me get through a number of "smoking" situations smoke-free.
The best bet would be to not go at all yet. I understand the allure of going head-to-head with your demon, but sometimes descretion is the better part of valor. If you must go, though, should you start feeling overwhelmed have your friend get you out of there pronto, before you can actually light up.
You're just a couple days shy of a month, AlleyAnn. Congratulations on your accomplishment! :)

Alley,
Sit in the non-smoking section and have lots of water and food if needed! You can do this! Think of the 30 days you have and keep pushing forward.
Protect your quit at all costs!
Keep Strong,
Josie
