One man's opinion on "the quit meter"

19 years ago 0 2 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Actually, I go further back then thatat one point I had to rejoin. Im actually just shy of three years. But whos counting I just hate to see people beat themselves up or get stressed over things that are suppose to be aids. Ive known people who got stressed because they didnt know how to reward themselves. So, who really cares what somebody does with their quit meter, the important part is for every individual to find a way to stop smoking.

Quit Meter? What's a quit meter? Blimey, it's hard enough to quit smoking and maintain it without worrying about a gimmicky "aid"??? Just for today, forget the meter and try to go to bed tonight without having had one puff all day and if you do have a puff, put your chest out proudly and try again tomorrow. If you never give up trying to beat this damn affliction, you're a winner in my book. Good Luck All Penitent d683
