Hey Shelly, I say myself, If being on this website makes You kick this addiction, Then Friend, its worth being on here Everyday, don't You agree, In my quit on this site, it was nothing to wake up 3 or 4 a,m, in the morning, to reply to someone, or write a topic,
The most criticial time in Your quit is the first 2 to 3 months, an then You should be seeing that light at the end of that tunnel, and start saying to Yourself, ''I DID IT,''' ''I DID IT,''' For that is just the way I felt, If something works my Friend, You stay with it, You don't change courses, So don't have a guilt feeling about being on here too much, If I wasn't retired from this site, I would come on daily and talk at Ya, Take care, This is Your journey, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
