I've felt better the last day or two. Sunday I did the stretch dvd and some arm weights. Monday I walked about 1/2 mile, then went to the Y and did leg work and bike. Tuesday I walked about 2 miles. Today I walked about 1/2 mile during afternoon break and that will be it for exercise today, because I have a late night tonight.
As far as eating:
Monday
b - yogurt smoothie, coffee
l - small piece of cheeseburger pie, water
s - 4 thin mints
d - cheeseburger pie
Tuesday
b - yogurt smoothie, coffee
s - 5 almonds, 5 grapes, V-8
l - gyro with feta, coke
s - 2 thin mints
d - baked chicken (no skin), steamed asparagus, salad and a thin slice of cake
Today I've had a peach yogurt, coffee, water, and a giant salad. Oh, and thin mints (dang those Girl Scouts!).
