ballet, You have done an amazing job! Our hormones are crazy after we have children and your right the stress can be off the charts! There is nothing to stop you from going outside for a 5 minute break. However, don't see it as a smoke break. Take your coffee, tea or cold drink outside with you and relax. Really tap into relaxation techniques. There is no harm in napping when the kids nap..the dishes will wait. Relax yourself with a walk or a bath when the kids are asleep. If you can't get out doors, then do some yoga or pilates to relieve extra tension. Protect your quit a at all costs, you have done an amazing job! Having a cigarette will not get rid of the stress! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
