if I had known about "gas" as a side effect of quitting, I would have stopped years ago !! My wife is not happy but finally I can get some revenge !! Oh My, thank the stars that I am not the only one... I an just about finished day 3 of my quit and I am tooting away like a trumpet.... I just can't stop. I thought I was having problems with my IBS again (I have a very bloated gut) but it couldn't be cause I was not in pain.... I just have gas, by the gallon.... I should get my other half to attach a pipe to my butt and supply the oil and gas industry in Aberdeen (where I live).. I'm sure I could cut the UK gas prices by about 50%.. LOL Hopefully it will pass soon, I know it's not patches or gum as I am using neither, my diet is pretty much the same as before.... WHat could it be??? OOO KK... I didn't think it was for me.. That was the first i've posted in here, but i did think it was for IBS, so thanks for clearing that up for me. BTW.. just so you know, i wasn' trying to undermine what you said - i was just suprised. :) I was always told that fiber would cure what ailed you in regards to your intetines.. even diareah.

YES JOSIE You are right!!! Its not a fun part either :( -quite embarrassingactually, but found that fruit and regular proper breakfast together with exercise seems to regulate motions better and its important to keep the fluids up too.
