As some of you might know, I had some bad news about a pap smear recently and was scheduled for further testing. Well, the testing wasn't good news. I have been spending some time at another support group as of recent getting ready for a new journey. It's the cancer support center. The good news is that it has not spread too far and I have a great chance for full recovery. It's going to just be another journey to save my life.
As for the journey I started here... I am fully a non-smoker now.. I go days without even a thought about it. I don't know why I was blessed with such an easy quit.. maybe so I could be ready for the next journey.. God only knows.
I want to thank you all for your support and your great stories and your interesting postings.. this is really a terrific place.. just look what you did for me.. :)
Knights you guys are doing so great .. so many success stories already.. remember KNIGHTS RULE !!!
I will check in once in a while.. just have a hard time doing a lot things right now..
I found out that smoking doubles your chance of getting cervical cancer.. just another reason to quit !
You all take care and stay strong in your quits...
Thanks a lot...
Knight Christine
