Hope, Hang in there! Please take the time to prepare foods and snacks for the week, for you and everyone. Make healthier grocery lists and don't have the "bad stuff" in the house. Try low calorie foods and concentrate on drinking water, instead of pop and juices. Salads and veggies are a great help to keep the weight down. Also try lower portions to keep up maintenance. Remember exercise is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle. Check with your doctor before beginning exercise and you may be able to come up with an eating plan as well. Hope this helps, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
