seems like after you get through the hell, heck, blah and what the hell weeks, the physical withdrawal is pretty much licked. Yeah, dizziness and various little nags may there a tad longer. So much of the symptoms after the nic withdrawal is purely psychological and lots of it is we have had a "habit" for so long. Almost everything we have done for years and years was accompanied by a smoke.
I have replaced smoking with physical activity, reading and meditation.
Sooooo, what type of replacement have you used? You know, replacing a bad habit with a new one. Give us some ideas!
