I love knowing what it feels like to be smoke free before going to my grave (smoked all my adult life). I love having my breath back.....walking and not being winded. I love never being uncomfortable with friends because I need to get away and smoke. Ditto the other posts Also, the healthier lifestyle in terms of diet and exercise to minimize weight gain and just plain feel goof.....luv the yoga.
