A quick check-in...I've been handed a huge project so haven't had time to log in too much. Last week I was on the road so my daily diet wasn't too good. I'm back on track this week and have lost a couple of pounds by closely monitoring calories through sparkpeople. They give me 1200-1500 a day -- some days it's hard to get up to 1200 and others I find myself edging over 1500. But staying between the two definitely seems to be working.
