Think of it this way (I got there too this morning). Exercise, i went directly to the gym when I got frustrated, depressed and very angry at everyone. Jumped on the treadmill and stationary bike and got everything out of my system.
It is really refreshing to actually do all of that without having to almost collapse from mot being able to breath.
AND it got my frustrations out for this period.
