Thank you firends one and all. This morning is a much brighter day, Pete and I celebrated our wedding anniversery last night. Neither one of us can remember just how long it has been and it really dosen't matter we have been chained together forever until we die. For my present Pete has given me her quit date which will be on my one year anniversery February 13th. Now thats a great gift. Duffis

My dear, dear friend. One time Lady wrote a beautiful post called "The Slipping Game" (I believe.) She wrote it to talk about the difficulty of always being a supporter, always being a cheerleader, always feeling like you have to say something positive and uplifting, no matter how many times a person slips, comes back, relapses, comes back, goes away, comes back, puts themselves in harm's way against all advice, and so on and so on. And we might feel like if people would just spend time reading the threads, a lot of questions would be answered and we wouldn't have to type the same thing over and over. So the caretakers get tired and cranky sometimes. We're allowed. Sometimes a strong word is called for. Even if just to balance the sweetness and light. But sometimes we might step over the line just a tad and an honorable person like you steps up and apologizes. Love you, Bob.
