Cuddles,
Quitting is about making a personal commitment to yourself. You have done this before. First things first.. get rid of all the smokes and smoking "enablers", ashtrays, lighters, etc. Write down a list of all the good things about smoking (should be pretty short) and then a list of all the good things about quitting (should be pretty long). READ THEM OUTLOUD.
Don't be afraid of quitting, be afraid of what life with be like if you continue to be a slave to a piece of dried plant material that gives off toxic fumes when burnt.
Finally, get out of the pity pool. So you lost your other quit. Stuff happens. Regroup. Find out what happened and take corrective action. Above all else, LEARN FROM THIS.
You will do this. We will help.
