River - Rock Star!!! I am totally hanging and doing great. I am totally using the gym as my replacement. :) Good and healthy was to quit. I feel like I am 18 again. :) I can't wait to hit the beach. I hope I don't miss it - I have been totally filling my time with healthy projects and taking care of business. Even relaxing! Totally, doing great.
