Bog, you will have to face Silver and I at the beach soon enough. You do have to face yourself each and every day for the rest of your life. Lucky this time that the one puff did not lead to something more. No, I don't hold it against you. I have often romanced it. Given the opportunity, I might have done the same, and hopefully reacted the same. Remember the mantra you heard all over the place on day one.... N. O. P. E. That means, NOT ONE PUFF, EVER! It's wonderful that you reacted the way you did. I worry though, with too many experiences like this one, you might once again grow accustomed to the smell, the taste, the romance. N.O.P.E. See ya at the beach! Jan Jan Jan! Do you have any idea how fortunate you are? Do you realize you could have blown the whole thing? One puff is all it takes to become a smoker again. Smoking WILL kill you. One is too many and a thousand is never enough. It's an addiction. You are an addict. N.O.P.E. Not One Puff Ever! Yes! I am fussing at YOU!    Whew! I'm so glad you are ok. I hope you got burned when that cigarette fell in your lap. Remember how nasty that was every time you think of romancing smoking again. You have worked too hard for this quit to start all over again. NO SMOKING ALLOWED!!!!!!!! Remember.....you are a quitter! Jan, One puff doesn't make you a failure. It DOES mean that you need to be on your guard though. You just saw how tricky the nicob@stard can be and now you need to do everything you can to avoid making that mistake again. On the bright side, that sounds pretty funny! I can just imagine you there dropping it in your lap, knocking over the table and quickly trying to recover it without making too much noise or commotion. And 7 hours?!?!?!?! I've never been to a wedding that lasted that long! You folks across the pond must really take your weddings seriously! Seriously though, just make sure it doesn't happen again. Don't do anything to keep you from that beach in 6 days, you hear??? Crave the Quit!
