Hooray!!!!!
I just rolled over on 9 weeks.
Thank you to all, those who are here and all who share all their experience here on this site.
Talking to my partner over lunch today and saying that I have been quit for 9 weeks and it seems like so short a time. I am really proud and happy and most of all respectful of myself for giving myself the experience of being smoke free for so long. Although I was pretty sick with bronchitis this last week, I know that this is my body healing. Patience, patience, patience. I know I expect that I can tumble the walls and create all new in a flash and I must sit and contemplate that what I am doing is reprogramming and reestablishing new habits over old habits. AND those old habits have been in place for 36 years.
AND WOOOOOHOOOOOO I have been quit for 9 weeks thats 63 days thats 1512 hours thats 90720 minutes and 5443200 seconds. Just imagine that at 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi HHHHHHHOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWEEEEEEE!
Even my swim coaches can see the difference.
Can you tell I am excited. Well I am!
