Ok all. It's Friday morning here in Michigan and no matter where you may be it's time to restate our quit. I choose to not smoke today. I will do what I must to keep smoke free today and hopefully the whole week-end. I will support any who are having problems with their quit and will try and understand whatever decisions they might make. I will never take this quit for granted. I know I'm only as strong as I choose to be. So for this weekend I choose life and take back control of my body. Keep The Quit.
