Way to go Cuddles. Glad to hear that you are having a great day! Congratulations on moving through the first week. Hold onto that attitude and it will help you through the lows as well as with the highs! You just keep on one day at a time, sometimes for me it is one moment at a time and that is where I need to find a reward, look at the wonderful and inspiring writting here and simply pat myself on the back and take the next step into a smoke free life. Ciao Phillip :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 72 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,448 Amount Saved: $540 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 19 Mins: 10 Seconds: 18

Its mostly in the attitude, right? Hell week is over - time to move on to heck week. I am going to have a great day. I have plenty to do to keep my hands and brain occupied today. I have better things to do then to bother with nic demon. I am tired of him occupying my time. Time is precious and I need to spend it on more important things. My life is mine not nic's. I will stay in control this time. I am done with smoking. I know there will still be hard times. But I am ready to fight back, and I know if It gets ruff you will all be there to help me. I will not let myself or anyone else down this time. Note to Nic - Nic you are going down, you are nothing but nasty weed rolled in paper. I want you out of my life once and for all. You are not worth the time and energy. You are just a commercialized fire stick, that has made tobacco company snobs rich. Now its my turn to be rich. Rich in the freedom of controlling my own life. So nic you can go back to hell, right where you belong. You can burn in hell, because I never will again. Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
