penquin I too am sad you are leaving because we tied you into our C.A.R.E. and we all care about you! so remember that you always have a'tie' to us here ;) and yes you are always welcome. and yes it is an aweful addicition. I am learning about it more and more and 'I am an addict' is one of the hardest things i ever had to admit. But when you are done, you are done. but I do know that once you make the decision, it will be done. And you will be here. I am addict. And I am here. My decision is made. I will support you no matter how many times you come and go. I do hope you make a decision though and next time you are here it will be for 'keeps' :) Many Blessings and Please be good to yourself on your time off from everything... Penguin - most (if not all) of us have been exactly where you are... if you need a little break from quitting I can understand that but I hope to see you back here again soon. Please don't give up! We will be here with open arms when you decide to come back. Don't beat yourself up - once you are really ready, you will do it. Hopefully soon. ;) But find it within yourself. Penquin, I will miss you and hope you will be back soon. Don't beat up on yourself, be gentle and kind to yourself. I'm proud of you for posting and as many have said we will not judge you, just love you. You are part of our family, and when one of our family hurts we all hurt. I know what you are going through, with your brain running wild, and confused, that is a horrid feeling. Just know that when you are ready to come back we all will welcome you back home. It will be like a family reunion. Blessings of love sent to you, SUNSHINE My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 104 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,769 Amount Saved: $364 Life Gained: Days: 14 Hrs: 23 Mins: 19 Seconds: 27

Penquin: You said "I can't honestly keep coming back here day after day only to say, I slipped again." I say YES YOU CAN. Penguin You may have fallen, but you are definatly not beaten. No one here is going to beat you up nor will we let this addiction beat on you any longer. Now, you stop beating yourself up! Take our hand, let us help you get up....continue to smoke if you really need to right now, but don't give up, please, don't give up on yourself. You are a beatiful person with a lot to look forward to in life. Together we will help you fight this addiction and claim the life you deserve. I don't want to push you in to a quick comeback if you need time, but I do want to encourage you to not go far away, if you stop coming around here, the quit may get farther away from you. I know that's not what you want. You can do this, perhaps today is not the right day for you and tomorrow may not be either, but you will find the right time and we are right here beside you. Don't ever forget that! Sheila PS....I'm signing on to the IM now if you want to talk

Judy,if you need time to re group then that is fine by me. Most of us here have tried many times to quit and one thing I have learned is that you have to be in the right frame of mind for the quit to succeed, and if that means a SHORT break then that may be best in the long run. One thing you can be sure of though is our 100% support when you decide to give it a go one more time. No kidding. We're not going to kick you and there's no use in kicking yourself. Just don't ever forget about this place - come back when you're ready. gpw My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/14/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 96 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,441 Amount Saved: $384 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 21 Mins: 21 Seconds: 23
