Look at my meter and tell me I wasn't an addict. A pack and a half a day was minimum. In actuality, the number I haven't smoked is probably low. There were weekend days I'd open a fourth, yes that's right, a fourth pack by the end of the day. I'm 46 now and this quit is saving my life!
