Help Having a bad day

Hey Cuddles, It must be really hard for you being around people who smoke. You deserve a huge pat on the back !! You are a strong and smart person. You aren't being fooled like the people still smoking around you. You should go spend some of that money you are saving by not smoking !! To the quitters go the spoils !! Hang tuff !! Cuddles, Cryinbg, screaming and throwing stuff is totally allowed here, but smoking is not an option. You are doing so great. Don;t let 1 bad day ruin your quit. Hang in there. WE are there for you. Just keep screeming and throwing things and it will get better. Cuddles, Buy some fireballs. They have helped me and hang in there. You are going to be the one that influences all those others in your life to quit smoking. You are the first link of the chain. Ok Cuddles Like others have said, don't smoke. I know you want to and it is hard not to, but you can do this. These cravings can hit you out of nowhere and they are powerful. So try crying, then scream, then go and hit something soft. Do whatever it takes to keep from smoking. You've done great so far. Keep your quit. vicki just 1 puff away from 2 packs a day My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/17/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 110 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,410 Amount Saved: $770 Life Gained: Days: 14 Hrs: 23 Mins: 59 Seconds: 11

I Cant get smoking off my brain. It is driving me crazy. I keep going over all the reasons not to smoke, but it just dont seem to help. It would be so much easier if hubby didnt smoke. Most of my close family smokes, and over half of my co workers smoke. This time seems alot harder than the first time I quit. I just dont know, I just want to cry, scream or throw something. Feeling somewhat better today, though I feel like I had a fight with the devil, but I won this time and I plan on winning next time. Thank you for all your responses. Sometimes it gets a little to rough with all the smokers that surround me. The support from SSc helps a ton, especially when you dont have someone else to turn to. Thanks feeling better today. But getting a cold and tired from walking on the treadmill and lifting weights when ever I get a craving seems to help. Things are looking up. Thanks again.
