Evening all
Glad to see everyone made it through the weekend. It is at last getting so much easier - yes I do still think about it seemingly most of the time, but it just doesn't seem to bother me like it did this time last week - is this how it is supposed to be? Does it get even easier than this?!!!
Have a great week everyone
Britt
Hey Dee,
I missed the post yesterday.
But still doing good today!
Take care,
Ron

Today's end will see two weeks for me, too. it seems different for me this time from the many other times I've 'quit' since this time I have not cheated and not even been all that tempted. A couple of thoughts about going any buying 'just one' but easily put aside. Maybe I'm finally displaying that most important success characteristic -- will power.

Hey fellow shamrocks:)
How is everyone doing?
Angelic - we have the same Quit date I think - right at a month -
WOO HOO!!!!!
:) :p ;)
:) ;) ;p
-I found the most wonderful reward for myself for my 30 days - soooooooooo excited here!! I rarely think of a ciggie, so the days are just passing by so much easier as time goes by...
I do make sure to protect my Quit with everything in me, so there will be no slipping here. My house and car smell sooooooo good:)
- I'm mall walking and working the 'diet' posts on this site, and tonight when I was walking, I noticed I felt so light and strong!! I have never felt this healthy and strong, and my blood pressure is normal (which is amazing as it has been high for 4 long yrs. Part of this is due to amazing fish oil, other part, well no smoking:) YEAH!
It's amazing - this for me is also the best decision I have ever made.
I am proud of all of us SHAMROCKS
Blessings to all -

Hey ya'll, been a while since I posted. So how's everybody doing? Me, so far so good. I had a bad week lasted week, seemed like I thought alot about smoking a cancer stick, but I didn't. Some really bad cravings goin' one, but still been in a pretty decent mood. Those cravings that I have spoke about has been really hitting me while driving which really blows cause thats part of what I do for a livin'. Today, I am totally nicotine free! That's right! No more patch for me! :p
