I am so glad to read you were starting to feel better a few months ago. It sounds like you were doing all the right things. Nice work! I am glad you saw results.👍 🤗 Your step by step mindset was so healthy!

How are you feeling now? How was the holiday season for you?

Hi Judy,

So great to hear that you're starting to feel better. It takes a lot of effort, but our studies show that the program (and CBT) works!

Please keep us posted, especially as your comments will be inspiring for people who are just starting out!

I am starting to feel better. Of course this did not happen over night. Doing the homework, setting goals and activities, and following through, all together with the meds also, has led to improvement. This is an everyday thing, improving how we feel, one step at time, moving forward.
