Welcome Deb1961,

I am glad you found us. This group can be a great source of support. The accompanying Cognitive Behaviour Therapy program will also be of great use to you. I encourage you to take full use of the program and tools as well.  If you try to work on one session a week you should start to notice a difference soon!

Question, what coping mechanisms are working for your currently?
