Welcome Ccosette,

I encourage you to get a diagnosis on Menieres disease as this can be treated. Also, dizziness which often accompanies menieres disease can be caused by many other things. The epley maneuver would be a great technique to look into if dizziness is a concern for you.

It sounds like you have some good plans to work on your health. I also encourage you to work on the program and begin setting some specific and timed goals for yourself. This will expediate your progress.

Hope to hear form you more soon!

Hi there. I am glad to see you are on track. I have been on depression for over a year now. However, it got worse back in December, 2014. So about 5 months now, so I am sure you can imagine what I am going through as well. Where is the weather so nice? I am in Winnipeg.I hear fitness works. But how did you manage to get the strentgh and fight over depression? And other than bipolar, what caused your depression?

Hello AKS
Thanks for the reply
I am just now starting to get back into some things.  I have spent the past 6 months not doing much except for
housework or walking the dog.
Thank goodness the weather is good now as I can now really make a nice garden.  I will try to read things again
as that has been something I love and havent been able to do for a year
So, Gardening, Reading, and i am getting into more fitness related things like making smoothies, etc.

Being stalled sucks. I have been emotionally and mentally paralyzed for 4 months now. Being depressed is definetly not fun. I am going through that myself. What do you like doing for fun? I am asking so this way, at least, you can cope in ways..

Hello, I am doing my introduction.
I am not sure what to include so I will be very basic here, I am in mid-life married, no kids, one cat one dog,
I have Bipolar Disorder and Meniere's Disease (this Menieres not diagnosed yet but suspected).
I am incredibly stalled right now and I have been off work since November 2014. I am mostly depressed
