Welcome Bob,

I am sorry to hear you are feeling this way. Good job on getting started on the program even when you are feeling so unwell. That takes a lot of determination!  How are you feeling today?

It can be difficult finding the right medications. I used the same drug for years, then this year it lost its effectiveness. For the past 6 months it has been an experiment finding a new drug that has the same abilities of the one I took for 20 years.

Hi everyone...

I think I've had depression for years but it is really hitting me hard lately.  I don't have anything to complain about...I have a great wife and kids, a good job and some great friends and extended family.   I have no intention of leaving what I have, but I find myself crying for no reason, don't feel like doing anything anymore and just want to sleep.  I'm on a couple of meds but they are not doing the trick.

Thanks for listening...I'm hoping this program can help me come out of this.
