Hi Guitarist,

It is hard to say, it could be OCD. To know for sure please talk to a psychologist or Doctor.

I am so deeply afraid of losing my identity, whether through death or changing a lot, or just "forgetting" who I am. For years I have written down a bunch of facts about myself so that I don't forget them. I don't understand, does this sound like a phobia or anxiety or something completely different?

Thank you :)
