Thanks for your post. It is a good reminder to recognize that how we react to situations and our perspective or outlook has a profound influence on how we feel. Keep practicing with challenging your thoughts. It sounds like you are on the right track!
It is still difficult for me to always believe that things are only bad at this moment and that they will get better. But after reading the Negative Thoughts and Challenging Thoughts sessions, I know that I need to work on changing my negative thinking. It will take practice to make it happen but, practice makes perfect!
oh joy... I've been censored... or maybe just "miss-posted" Basic message: Life sucks but we can, indeed, learn from it and begin to master our negativity. Turn it into positive motivation. It does work. But, sometimes.... I think it is ok to express the negative... part of the process!
