eleveno,

Wonderful advice!  I will try this myself in a situation when I feel down.
Thanks for sharing.

When we are feeling down it seems there is no hope but the true is that life is always changing and why not expect the better?

I know this is better said than done.  That's why acting as if is one of the best techniques to start feeling better and test our predictions. Next time when you are feeling down think in a different way. For example, if I was not feeling down now what I would do? Then do it and evaluate the results later. You could have a surprise.

Members,

If you could give your fellow support group one piece of positive advice…what would it be?

Once we have all shared our advice, print the thread and keep it somewhere you can always see it!

So what's your one piece?
