Quiet Please.

My best quiet time is very early morning...
I have my coffee and curl up with the dogs and cats on the couch
I pray, I breathe, I plan my day...

oddly enough this is kind of my "worry time" too...
I just let any thought that comes to mind enter, be recognized, and move on through...
trusting myself to hear whatever wisdom might come or not.

Travel, reading, writing, yoga, talking with friends, doing nothing, music, have a nice meal, watching a movie or favorite program, walking near the sea, visit the countryside, a good night sleep, a cup of coffee or tea...
