Hello, this is a totally new experience for me! I've never been on a forum before and not quite sure if I'm doing this right.
I'm so glad that I came across The Depression Centre website.  Only a few days in and already I feel a little better; more hopeful.  I didn't know what I was going to do because I'm so tired of feeling depressed and tired all the time.  I was getting better last fall but relapsed this past spring.  I knew there was something going on with me but I didn't know what exactly.  After reading the information on this site I now feel more educated about my illness and that I'm not just losing my mind!

I look forward to reading and sharing with others.

Cheers,
Blue Lotus
