Hi Rosie,

Welcome back to the Depression Center. It sounds like you are ready to work on you and this program is a great way to do this! Work through the program at a reasonable pace and do be sure to do the homework and make use of the worksheets. The more you get involved and are active in the sessions, the better you will feel. Know that we are here for you, ask lots of questions and post often.

Members, what tips would you give Rosie for working through the program?

I am Rosie. I am going to start the program from scratch. I used it before, about 2 years ago with some success, but didn't finish all the sections. I really am in desperate need of something to give me hope that I can get back to the person I once was before I felt this hopeless all the time. I feel like I've forgotten what it's like to be happy. Hope this works....
