Hi Everyone:
 
I hope everyone is doing fine.  I have found a GREAT therapist who will
be helping me.  He is trained in IFS therapy which is Internal Family
Systems Therapy.  This is just what the doctor ordered.  My shrink
is coming back next month from South Africa after being gone for
4 months.  I am busy planning a tea on May 12 with our  students and
seniors in our city.  I was welcomed back in November after being off
for 1 month and it was nice to be needed & missed.
 
I went to Varedero, Cuba with my family on Spring Break and I lost
7 pounds.  I am continuing every night to walk at least 1 hr an evg.
I am trying for 10,000 steps a day if I can. I am feeling great and I
have had many comments that I have lost a lot of weight.  I have
to use belts for my pants or else they will fall down. lol
I am doing much better than last year.
