Dont know what happened

It sounds like you have a plan Lance.  I am always amazed how you can sound so down but you can always rationally create a plan for yourself!

HAHA I have played those applications before.  Certainly a time suck!  Strangely addicting too.  They are very easy and entertaining but for some reason I find productive hobbies are more rewarding.  They may be harder to get into but in the end I don't feel like I was just wasting my time.  Walking, reading, gardening, the support group and even animals I find to be very rewarding.  However sometimes I rotate choirs or productive work with not so productive work.  I find that helps with motivation.  Have you had any hobbies in the past you found enjoyment in?

I saw the therapist lady yesterday ( still cant believe I need a therapist ) she reminded me it took time for the meds to work. I just need to slow down and be more diligent in my activities. I guess I was a little flighty, i was feeling to good and got off track. I didnt really know how to start my life over, so really wasnt??? That make sense, going thru the motions and not really doing anything. I think I need to slow down and focus. I know I cant be happy by making everyone else happy, cause thats what Ive been trying to do all my life and it didnt work. All I did was ruin all my relationships. i do need to find out how to make me happy, that I dont know yet.

I think the blur thing was from the meds, I guess, I just havnt been me, whoever that is. I hate being lost and alone.

So I took notes and I just need to get on track with important stuff, no more farmville! LOL

So I hope if I stay on task, I will be better, lately I havnt.

Lance,

We are here listening. Things have been really hard for you lately. Are you back on track with your medication? Have you told your therapist or doctor about how you have been feeling?  If so what were there suggestions?

You say your recent past is a blur.  How was your life different then? How were your thoughts different?

Have you been keeping a thought journal? It may be helpful, especially to record your thoughts when you are not feeling so down.

I wish I knew the right thing to make everything better.  Just know I am here reading and my thoughts are with you.

Members, please share your thoughts.

Well the recent past seems like a blur, I dont know why or anything. Maybe I got overwhelmed by wanting to do more than I am ready for. I just know I was headed in many directions and going no where fast. Hard time getting up again. I dont feel like I have a reason. I have no desire to live life again. Now that Im up its  a little better, but I feel like I just want to sleep forever right now. Im scared, lost and confused again. Im worrying about how Im going to be able to go to a job when I find one. How did I get this way? Wish I knew.
