Wellbutrin XL

Baby girl,

Moderators can not give medical advice, but what we can tell you, is to work with your pharmacist and doctor regarding your dosages and side effects that may be occurring.  There is a good mix that will work for you!  Keep track in your journal of what you are feeling and the times and dates of taking your medications. It can help you and the specialists work together to figure out what is right for you and your body.

I THINK, key word think, the difference between the two wellbutrins is one is just taken and absorbed in the body and the other a little bit is released over time.

I can understand the mask you wear.  It is often hard for people who are close to us and see the mask to understand why we can't "wear it all the time".  It is emotionally draining to wear the mask.  I understand it's necessity but (sounding so insightful) IT SUCKS!

I have been on Wellbutrin (twice daily) and it has not been working for me. I changed to Wellbutrin XL (times release). Does anyone know the difference? I tried it before, however, it was at the same time they took me off Klonopin way too fast and I was going through major withdrawals. It was awful. I have been really depressed and I can't seem to get out of it. I am exhausted all the time, overwhelmed, can not concentrate, weight gain. I feel terrible, not to mention, I just feel like crying all the time. The good thing is......no one at work would ever have any idea that I am so depressed. I seem like the happiest person at work, then I come home and collapse.
