I can't realy give an advice, but I can tell you what helped me  first i had to learn to control my temper witch still finds its way out some times, but is quickley put back in its place. Then I started to thimk of the one's who love me the most my wife and children, and how this afects their lives,I think about the poeple who don't have the freedom that we have or the abilitys to make their own desistion, and I think about God ,I don't go to church but I think about God and how he say to love one an other ,Their are so many problems out there that are bigger than mine,I dont know much about any thing but I know Im lucky to have poeple who love me .I can't change what Iv done in the past but I can control to some degree my future,Well all that and my medication to.I still have strugls that I have to fight with and probaly always will.Hope I dont sound to crazy! but thats just how I feel.

Hi DJ, Diva was stopping by when I first came back, but she was having some problems and we've not heard from her.  I hope to see her back soon.  I've not seen Mom of 3 since I returned and had hoped to see her too.  I will definitely tell them you said hi.

DJ glad you are doing well.  I was doing great too, but came back to finish things I started.  I also have to remind myself what is at stake and I have alot of anxiety about things I do because of the fear of going back there.  I'm glad that you are able to handle that.  Got any secrets to making it happen without the fear being somewhat "paralyzing"?

Again, glad things are going well.  Would love to get your feedback and read your posts under "success stories" every day if you have time.  lol @ everyday....well, when you have time to stick your head in the door.  It's motivational for all of us!!!!!

Mom of 3 would love to hear from you and how things are.  I know I quit coming here, but recently returned to complete what I started.  Things are going better for me most days.  some days are a struggle.

Hope to hear from you soon.  I miss our exchanging posts!

Hi Diva,

I was just checking in and saw your post.  Thank you for asking.

I'm much better than I had been. My husband and I seem to be moving in the right direction.  I am extremely happy that he wants to work things out but there is still a deep sense of saddness that is hanging onto me.  Almost like I can't believe it's true or something.  Perhaps it's just that things were so bad for so long that it's going to take time to get used to the turnaround.  I don't know but that's where I am.

My counselor is back to work now and I saw her once so far.  I go again on Thursday. We're going to work on some of the issues I'm struggling with so it gives me hope.

I'm just catching up with posts but I hope you are doing well.  I think of you often and hope the very best for you.

Hey Mom of 3,

You are most welcome . I am happy things are looking up for you. I hope things work out for you too!

As for me and my hubby, lately it has been really good! We talk more, we hang out more, we share more. He understands more and has been taking really good care of me. I try and take good care of him too. He likes his new job and so that helps too since he is less miserable in his work life. He has been helping me fix up the house.

When he came home for lunch that did put a smile on my face. IOt was so sweet of him! And yeah, weird how our minds jumps to the negative off the bat like that.

I guess we both need to remember that!

Once again you are most welcome. I appreciate your support too :)

Hope to hear more from you!
