Hi again,
Thanks to those who have replied.
I find myself having a not very good day. Funniest part was that a friend emailed me a short story that included a bit of a life lesson, a nice story. She added my name to the text and it made me cry. I don't know why. Not much moves me any more. I'm just hoping for warm sunny days very soon, to hopefully put some spring in my step.

Welcome to the group Rocky!   I am pretty new myself.  I joined back in December.  I have been doing the running thing for a while now looking for myself and some peace of mind.  I have good days and bad days.  I also get pretty tired and have a hard time concentrating.  I really feel that this program might help me if I would just stop running and give it a chance.  I Hope to see you post on the board often.  I will check on you & post when I am home again and not traveling looking for myself and happiness.
Keep up the good fight,

Sid

Hello Rocky,

Welcome to our wonderful support community.

Please do take the time to review the program and explore all the tools and resources available to you. You have reached a great place for advice and encouragement. Many members share the same concerns as yourself.

Work through the sessions as they will help you gain a better understanding of the depression you feel. And post here as often as you need to.

Keep us posted,

Hi all,
Not clear as to why I'm doing this, I guess it's better to have someone to talk to than not. Reason for registering is that I'm pretty convinced I have a mild depression. Unfortunately, I think it's a permanent part of me, and has been for a very long time.  I'm very much a loner, and very much alone. Lately I have no physical or emotional energy. Nothing I do excites me. In session one I felt connected with that theory... what was it called... where the options I have are to run away, fight, or admit defeat. I'm pretty much a failure at most things I do.
This is really cheery so far... but why would I write if I was feeling good?
All for now... I'm depressing myself.
