Rosie,

So glad to hear that your first day back went so well! Don't underplay your successes, going back is a huge success! Be proud! Perhaps a small reward or treat is in order...?

Well, today I went back to work and am pleased to report I was OK! I thought I would freak out over something but I have actually been OK. Everyone was really nice and just happy to have me back- they didn't ask any nosey questions, just asked whether I was doing better. I know it is probably not a great success but it seems big to me.... This program has been a big help so far and while I was on my 2 week break, I saw my therapist quite intensively (3 times a week). Whatever it was, something must have worked. Hope I can keep this up!
