What I had to do was re-register under another name, I was once Panda, But to start again I had to become Panda II.

I think that's the only way to do it.

Welcome back blkcuban,
I also tried this program and stopped. Now I'm at it again. Very slowly for me this time.

Hi Blkcuban,

Welcome back.  If you've done this before then you know it's great.  I hope you have success with the program again, keep us  posted.

hello,
welcome to the club! i did that too, found out the hard way, that without the meds and support/knowledge/action, you're right back in that hell which is depression/anxiety. can't get lazy, gotta keep it up, even on good days. can you afford psychiatrist? if so they are best for meds. i've mentioned in other posts wellbutrin didn't help me at all, just lightheaded. if you find you don't feel much better in 2 weeks, it's not going to be strong enough for you. i take lexapro and klonopin - both prescribed by psychiatrist after 1 1/2 hours of me crying my way through interview. i trust this doctor, he took the time - lots of them boot you out in 15 minutes!
