ja,

Welcome to our support community.  You can go to the "program reference tools" and click session one to download the program reference guides.   As you complete each session you will be able to go back into your tool box and review them if you wish.

The program can help you step by step with knowledge and information, so go slow and let us know if you need assistance.

Make sure you read through the support group and post!  The members do know what you are going through and can be of great support to you.

hi
i am new here. I have been denying about my depression for 10 years now, but it got worse. I finally admitted myself and started medicating 6 weeks ago.

I started the weekly activity. I read session 1 and finished reading it. Is there a way to go back and re-read the article? I want to review it.

Thanks!
